Working around the house!

So I have been keeping myself busy around the house these days. I have painted the stoops, laid a patio for the grill, run electrical to the shed and built a ramp for the shed, planted grass in areas of the yard that needed it, planted the garden and yesterday I had a fence put on the front of the property. Enjoy the pictures.

New Barn

I added a new barn this week. I tore down the old one and was able to clean out all my tools from the house.

Done Painting

Final two rooms done. Now the entire inside of the house has been repainted. With the weather getting better its time to switch to the yard and garden.

Keeping Busy

While looking for work I am keeping myself busy around the house. Last week I painted my master bedroom. Two more bedrooms left to paint.

So today was a nice day here and I decided to do a building project just for fun. I built this bench to go with my firepit. Keeping busy these days while I look for work.

Blog Update!!!

So its been a busy month for me. I am always finding something to work on. I decided to replace the handles in the bathtub with new brushed nickle ones. What I was hoping was going to be an easy job turned into an all day affair and 12 trips between Home Depot and Lowe's. I replaced all the guts of the valves. To do this i had to work under the kitchen sink through a small opening in the back of the cabinet to reach the pipes for the tub. But its done know and looks much better.

Next I have the guys coming for "Guys weekend 3" next weekend and they wanted to have a fire. So of course I cant do it to simple, So i got a fire pit and laid a paver base for the fire pit.

Lastly I decided i wanted to update the living room. So i repainted it a tan color to lighten the room up. February is going to be a busy month, with guys weekend .
