Tennesse

I spent the past weekend visiting family in Tennesse. It was a lot of fun. The guys played golf and spent friday hanging out. Madison said "I dont like guys day". Most of the weekend was relaxing just going to the pool and hanging around the house. I did have a picture of Kim but she deleted it ;)

Things are Growing and changing

So its been a busy time for me, I recently started working from home. It took a bit of time to set up my home office but I am up and running now. The garden is growing leaps and bounds. I just have to keep the squirrels away. My magnolia tree is blooming as well. Below are some pictures hope you enjoy.

House Update!!

New Gutters....

They may be hard to see, I had the guys run the front ones down the side. So now no more getting wet when it rains and I have to go out the front or back door. There is always something to work on at the house.

Garden!

So I spent today working up the garden. If I can get it all to come in I will have a LOT of Silver Queen sweet corn!!

Warm weather means working on the house!

With such a beautiful day today I have been wanting to do some updates on the house for better curb appeal. I put in a mulch bed in the front. It was all grass prior and I added shutters to the house. I added a pitcure of what my house looked liked about 1 year ago. Take a look.

We got a little snow last night....

First Snow!

So it snowed Monday night in Richmond. I believe this is the first snow I have had in my house. I am coming up on 1 year in the house its been a very busy year with lots of upgrades to the house. I am hoping this year to add a new shed and some other minor details to the house. I have been busy lately. Work is picking up and I am having meetings across the state. I did get to have a guys weekend with Mike and Jon last weekend. We had a blast Allen, Matt and a couple other guys came over Saturday night and we played cards until 2 am. Everyone had a great time. I have been terrible about keeping up with my blog. I will try to do better and to get more photos soon.
