I moved!!

On Thursday February 14th I moved to my new home. I spent the next five days working on the house. My cousin Kelly and her son came over and helped setup my kitchen and bedroom. My cousin Jason also came over and helped. My house needed to have a few things added being its 53 years old. I first added new locks and a deadbolt for the front and back doors. I added a cable hookup in the living room. The house didn't have a Dryer hookup. So I spent a good part of a day wireing, runing venting, to get my washer/dryer combo hooked up. I also installed a Microwave above the stove. I spent alot of my time at Home Depot. As a result i have many recipts and I am able to enter their $5000 shopping spree giveaway multiple times :) Below are photos of the move and of the upgrades I have started on my new home. I hope all my family and friends can come by and visit sometime.

BIG NEWS.... I Bought My first Home

As of 8pm last night my offer on a house was accepted. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1000 sq ft. that sits on 1/3 of an acre. I am very excited. This is my first home and I am suppose to close on Feb 14. Pray for me that the appraisal and inspection go with out any problems. Here are some pictures.

Victoria Turns 1!

My Friend Brian's daughter turned one today..... She had her first birthday party.

Rock Hill, SC

On my way home I was able to stop and visit with Smitty and Heather in Rock Hill SC. I got to meet my new nephew Anthony (tony T or #17- possible nicknames..). It was great he is very cute and has so much hair. He gets that from his Dad.... After having lunch I got to go see Smitty fly his air plane and his buddy Primo came out and they did a mini air show it was alot of fun. Here are some pictures.

Columbia SC

I spent the weekend after New Years visiting my nieces and nephews in Columbia SC. I got to see were my future Great Niece Addison will be sleeping, her mom and dad fixed her bedroom up so nice. I got to spend time with Kasey and Marshall and met Connor Cook. I was treated to a USC vs. UNC Ashville college basketball game by Eric and Alisha. Amanda, Paul, Eric, Alisha and myself went and had such a great time. Its always fun when I get to visit them. Here are some pictures.

Christmas and New Years in TN

I spent Christmas Day and New Years with Mike, Kim, Madison, Hunter and the Entire Rutig Family. I had a great time and got to see Hunter for the first time. He is such a cute boy. Mike and I continued work on the basement that we started earlier in the year. Mike has finished dry walling the basement. We installed a tile floor for the Bathroom and installed a return air vent for the basement. I was able to spend time with Jim and Karen and Jon and Danielle. Mike and Alece (dont know if i spelled it right) came over for new years and it was the first time seeing Mike Rutig in 3 years and I got to meet Alece who is great. (sorry Alece I didnt have a pict of you) It was a great time with great people... here are some pictures from my time with them.
